Welcome to SkillSeed Academy. By purchasing or downloading our digital manuals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products

SkillSeed Academy sells digital manuals only. No physical products, in-person classes or training services are included. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and suitable software to access downloaded files.

2. Download Access

After purchase, customers may download their purchased manual a maximum of five (5) times within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Once the download period expires or all five downloads have been used, access will end. Customers should download and securely save their files within this period. Extensions are not guaranteed.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the manual has been provided. However, this policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy that a customer may be legally entitled to under applicable law.

4. Educational Purpose and No Guarantees

Our manuals provide educational and informational guidance. We do not guarantee specific results, product performance, business success, income or commercial outcomes. Results may vary depending on the user's knowledge, materials, equipment, methods and circumstances.

5. Chemical Safety and Product Manufacturing

Some manuals contain information about manufacturing cleaning products, chemicals and other formulations. Customers are responsible for following appropriate safety procedures, using suitable personal protective equipment, ensuring adequate ventilation, checking chemical compatibility, and complying with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Never mix chemicals unless the procedure has been verified as safe. Customers should consult qualified professionals where necessary and should not rely on a manual as a substitute for professional, regulatory or safety advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkillSeed Academy is not responsible for losses, injuries, damage or other consequences arising from the improper use, handling, mixing, storage or application of chemicals; incorrect implementation of instructions; misuse of information; or failure to follow appropriate safety precautions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All manuals and their contents are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a manual grants the customer a personal-use licence only. Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, publish or commercially exploit the manuals or their contents without prior written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

SkillSeed Academy may update these terms when necessary. The terms applicable to a purchase will be subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be changed or excluded.
